The Conference Club

The Conference Club MOET & CHANDON received its name from the rooms which were formerly the reception rooms of the representative of the champagne house Moet & Chandon in Germany. Guests were wined and dined and contracts signed. The rooms have remained unchanged and still have the elegance of a French champagne house.

The BAR BELLE EPOQUE is a real gem, the design elements inspired by the original Belle Epoque bar of the Maxim's restaurant in Paris.

Food and drinks will be provided depending on your requirements.

The location:

Centrally located at the beautiful St. Anna-Platz, just a stone's throw from the elegant Maximilianstraße, right beside the Lehel underground station (line U4 and U5). 100 meters from the Hotel Opéra, next to the Restaurant Gandl

Salon Moet & Salon Chandon can be combined into a large conference room by opening a partition wall.

The Conference club has two separate entrances, directly accessible from the street.

The equipment

Our rooms are equipped with the latest technical equipment:

• 1 whiteboard (whiteboard for soluble pens)
• 1 screen (1.50 to 2 m)
• 1 overhead projector
• 1 flip chart with paper and pens
• 1 projector (2000 ANSI lumen)
• 1 ISDN phone
• In the conference room, it is possible to log into the Internet via Wi-Fi
  Flat rate internet access costs €10 plus VAT. Per day.

If you have special requirements, we can arrange these via our professional partners.

The room arrangements can be configured as follows:

• Table in block shape for up to 28 people
• Table in a square for up to 24 people
• 6 tables up to 42 people
• Cinema seating up to 60 people
• Parliamentary seating for up to 40 people
